We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons (spring and the holidays). That said, reach out even if your event is sooner — we’ll always try to accommodate.

10 guests is our minimum for all experience tiers. For smaller, more intimate gatherings, reach out and we’ll see what we can do.

We primarily serve the greater Dallas area. For events outside our standard service area, additional travel fees may apply — just ask.

We recommend an indoor or fully covered space for every Highland Tea Co. experience, given Texas weather. If your venue has both options, we’re happy to help you plan for either.

Yes — please let us know about any allergies or dietary preferences during booking, and we’ll customize your menu accordingly.
